New High Commissioner Visits Athula Dassana International Buddhist Vihara

Sri Lanka High Commissioner Mrs. Amari Wijewardana, visited the Athula Dassana International Buddhist Vihara on the 7th January 2017. Head of the Vihara Ven Wanduramba Kassapa, Chief Sanganayake of Amarapura Sri Saddhamma Wansa Niyaka of Great Britain and Ven Homagama Kondagngna Thero chanted Seth Pirith to bless Mrs. Wijewardana.

Ven Kassapa provided a brief history of the Vihara and its activities. Mrs. Amari Wijewardana was extremely impressed with what has been achieved and was very keen to learn about many charitable and cultural activities organised by the Athula Dassana Multi-cultural Buddhist Community Centre.
