Mawpiya vandana programme at Birmingham, Jethavana Buddhist Vihara 2018

Jethavana Buddhist viharaya organised this event for this time also on 18 th February 2018 at 04.30p.m with the intention of building up good relationship between parents and children.A big gathering attended this programme and it was conducted by Ven.Thissapura Sugatharathana thero under the guidance of chief incumbent for Jethavana Buddhist vihara,Birmingham and Sri Sambuddha viharaya Liverpool, most Ven.Keppetiyagoda Gunawansa Nayaka thera. There were Most Ven. Keppetiyagoda Gunawansa Thero and Mapalagama Soratha Thero also present for this programme.

The director of Arunalu Sri Lankan traditional dancing and drumming academy U.K, Mr. Arunashantha Kotawella too presented a melodious song of parents with the beating of drum and also dhamma school student, Sandaru sang a song of parents.Programme went until 07.00 p.m and everyone was served with a refreshment at the end of programme.
