Under the able guidance of the head of the Vihara and the Chief Sanghanayaka of Great Britain, Most Venerable Bogoda Seelawimala Nayaka Thera, London Buddhist Vihara held a Memorial Lecture, Pariththa Chanting and a Heel Dhana programme during the 17th and 18th September. This was the gratifying culmination of a week long programme held at the vihara premisses, to commemorate the 90th Anniversary of the Vihara.

Pariththa Chanting was also held to remember and pass merits to the founder of the London Buddhist Vihara Anagarika Dharmapala on his 152nd Birth Anniversary.

Ven. Seelawimala Nayakathera in his Anusaasana thanked the Maha Sangha, Vihara Management Committee, Teachers, Students and Parents of the Rahula Dhamma School, Devotees and supporters of the Vihara and every one else who worked tirelessly to make the 90th Anniversary programme a great success.
