He is among the HRD consultants in the Asia-Pacific region that specializes in Performance Prediction, Profiling based Recruitment and Rapid Competency Development in adults.

Elated after his victory, Dananjaya says on his profile, “What a day, just got back into my room and still feeling light headed. Its only starting to sink in that I am now one of the top nine competitive speakers in the world out of 30,000 participants each year.”

“Ten Years ….over 60 Competitive Speeches … and finally .. WE step on to the stage with the eight best speakers in the world. Its still sinking in.. thank you to all those who believed in me from way back in 2006…” says Dananjaya Hettiarachchi.
