Sheffield new year festival

~ ශේෆිල්ඩ් අවුරුදු අසිරිය 2013 ~.

was held for the 3rd time at sheffield norfolk park with participation of many sheffield sri lankans on last 21st of April. It was an idea from few and at the end the organizers could make the event a success with the help most sri lankans around sheffield. Students, employees and many others helped with their best and all were given some good prizes. From the beginning of the day at 9.00AM, there were many Aurudu events and at the end of the festival, a cricket tournament was also organized for all the participants. The day was sunny and the DJ music added an extra beauty to the festival. At the end of the day, Sheffield Sri Lankans had a great day with lots of joy.
