Sri Lanka Legends Beat West Indies Legends by 5 wickets, Tharanga & Dilshan Star in Victory

Sri Lanka Legends were off to a flying start in the Road Safety World Series T20 by beating West Indies Legends by 5 wickets at the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium on Saturday 6th March 2021.

Upul Tharanga scored unbeaten 53* (35 balls) and captain Tilkaratne Dilshan chipped in with equally brilliant 47(37 balls) to star in victory for Sri Lanka legends over the West Indies legends.

Earlier aided by Brian Lara’s knock of 53*, West Indies scored 157/4 in their allotted 20 overs. But Sri Lankan team easily chased the target in 19 overs.
