The Devi Balika Past Pupils’ Association UK proudly marked a significant milestone with its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Palmyrah Restaurant & Bar. The event witnessed an excellent turnout, reflecting the strong unity and continued engagement of the Devi community in the UK.

This new platform represents a major step forward in enhancing communication, strengthening connections, and improving accessibility for members both in the UK and around the world.

The AGM also celebrated the 35th anniversary of the Devi Balika Past Pupils’ Association UK, marking three and a half decades of friendship, service, and dedication to preserving the proud legacy of Devi Balika Vidyalaya.

Another important milestone achieved during the 2025/26 term was the association becoming a registered charity in August 2025 (Charity No: 1214540). This accomplishment reflects years of dedication, hard work, and unwavering commitment to the association’s mission and community impact.

Heartfelt appreciation was extended to the outgoing President, Gayani Weerasinghe, and her committee for their outstanding leadership and commitment. Their tenure saw the successful completion of numerous projects and initiatives, contributing significantly to the growth and impact of the association.

Looking ahead, the association warmly welcomed the incoming President, Lakmini Wanninayake, and the newly appointed committee:
