DHARMARAJA COLLEGE OLD BOYS’ ASSOCIATION (UNITED KINGDOM)
Dharmaraja College Old Boys’ Association (UK) is pleased to share this message following the recent appointment of its new leadership.
First and foremost, the Association extends its heartfelt appreciation to all members of the OBU in the United Kingdom for their unwavering support over the years. The dedication, commitment, and generosity shown across generations of Rajans have been the cornerstone of the Association’s growth and success. Without this continued involvement, the OBU would not have reached the remarkable heights it celebrates today.
The Annual General Meeting held on 7th March 2026 at the London Post Office Sports and Social Association was a truly memorable occasion. It was encouraging to witness such strong participation, bringing together Rajans spanning nearly five decades—from those who attended the College 25 years earlier to those who followed 25 years later.
The evening concluded on a high note with a fellowship dinner, fostering meaningful connections and renewed camaraderie among members. The Association also expresses its sincere gratitude to the outgoing Executive Committee for their dedicated and commendable service over the past year. While their presence will be missed, their transition has created valuable opportunities for many younger Rajans to step forward and assume leadership roles, ensuring the continued vitality of the Union.
Appreciation is also extended to all well-wishers who conveyed their congratulations to the incoming Committee—through messages, personal interactions, and thoughtful gestures. The Association warmly acknowledges the goodwill and encouragement received from Rajans around the world.
With the new Committee now in place, the Association looks forward to building on past experiences and continuing efforts to make the OBU more inclusive, transparent, and welcoming to all members.
The Association remains encouraged by the shared commitment to creating greater opportunities and exposure for young Rajans—both within and beyond the OBU—while representing the Association with pride and distinction.
As a volunteer-driven organisation, members continue to balance personal, professional, and family responsibilities. Yet, all are united by a common bond—a deep connection to Dharmaraja College. The Association calls upon all Rajans to continue working together in unity and fellowship to further strengthen and elevate the OBU.
With sincere thanks and appreciation,
Executive Commitee
Dharmaraja College Old Boys’ Association (UK)
