Popular singer and musician Haroon Lanthra has passed away at his house at Polhena, Kelaniya at the age of 83.
The body is now at his residence at number 43, Housing Scheme in Polhena, Kelaniya.
“Mage Naamali Bendi Adare”, “Sulang Kurullo”, “Ananda Me Re Hari Hedai” and “Hada Mal Andure” are among some of his popular hits.He has received several awards for his singing talent including Sarasavi and OCIC awards.
