at the temple premises with the guidance of the resident monks.
The day program will be as follows.
9.00 :- Observe eight precepts ( Atta Sil)
9.15 :- Buddha Poojawa (Gilampasa)
10.00 :- Tea break
10.15 :- Metta Meditation and Breathing Meditation
11.15 :- Buddha Poojawa and 'Dawal Danaya' Lunch
12.30 :- Video Presentation ( Life Of The Buddha)
13.30 :- Observe Five precepts (Pancha Sil)
