Asirimath Atavisi Buddha Puja (The 28 Buddha) Vandana Jethavana Buddhist Vihara in Birmingham

A Special Atavisi Buddha Puja was organized by the Jethavana Buddhist Vihara to bless all devotees and children who are going to school after summer vacation for the success of their education and future, to bless parents of all the devotees of the temple and also to transfer merits to the departed parents and elatives. The Atavisi Budhha puja was held on on 31st August 2015.

Most Ven. Keppetiyagoda Gunawansa Maha thera, the Head of the Vihara,chief Sangha Nayaka of Great Britain for Sri Lanka Ramanna Nikaya gave dhammanusasanawa Ven. Thissaspura Sugatharathana Thero conducted Ata Visi Puja. Ven. Mapalagama Soratha Thero and Ven. Beragama Piyarathana Thero participated. The venerable Maha Sangha chanted special Paritta Suttas to bless every one.
