Hounslow Janahanda has done community support project again in Srilanka

A renowned community centre based in London -UK, Hounslow -Janahanda organisation hold its 16th community support project at Ravathavaththa, Moratuva, Sri Lanka on 5th of November 2016. This time it has distributed stationaries for needed school children, spectacles and walking frames for senior citizens who can't afford to buy.
Mr. Dilaj Silva, main organizer of Ravathawattha East of UNP and Mr. Gavin Mathes , main organizer Rawathawatha West of UNP also councillors of Moratuwa Urban Council led the project while Mr. Eran Wikramasinghe, Hon. Deputy Minister of Public Enterprise Development was the chief gest of the project. Mr. Sri Lal Dias, Chairman of Hounslow Janahanda foundation who was on a special visit to SriLanka handed over the equipment to the project.
Councillors of Moratuwa Urban Council Mr. Athula Piries and Thisara Mendis also joined the project. Hounslow Srlankan Janahanda Foundation that closely works with Sri Lankan expatriates in UK planning to do more community help projects in SL in near future.

ලන්ඩනයේ හොවුන්ස්ලෝ නගරය මූලස්ථානය කරගෙන ක්‍රියාත්මක වෙන හොවුන්ස්ලෝ ශ්‍රිලන්කා ජනහඬ පදනම වාර්ශිකව පවත්වාගෙන යන ලන්කා ප්‍රජා සත්කාර සේවාවේ තවත් පියවරක් පසුගිය නොවැම්බර් 5 වෙනිදා මොරටුව රාවතාවත්තේ දි රාජ්‍ය ව්‍යවසාය සන්වර්ධන නියොජ්‍ය අමාත්‍ය හා එක්සත් ජාතික පක්ෂයේ මහා භාන්ඩාගාරික එරාන් වික්‍රමරත්න මහාතාගේ ප්‍රධානත්වයෙන් පැවැත්වුනි. මේ වෙනුවෙන් හොන්ස්ලෝ ජනහඬ පදනමේ සභාපති ශ්‍රි ලාල් ඩයස් මහතා ලන්කාවට පැමින සිටියේය. මෙවර ජනහඬ ප්‍රජා සත්කාරය වෙනුවෙන් පාසල් ලමුන්ට පොත්පත්, ජේෂ්ඨ පුරවැසියන්ට ඇස් කන්නාඩි හා ගමන් සහාය උපකරනද පිරිණැමුනේය. විශේෂයෙන්ම ලන්කාවේදි අධික මිලක් ගෙවීමට සිදුවන 'වොකින් ෆ්‍රෙම්' හෙවත් ගමන් කොටු වැඩිහිටියන්ට නොමිලේම ලබා දීම මෙහි කැපී පෙනෙන අවස්තාවක් වුයේය. මේ මහඟු අවස්ථාවට සන්විධාන නායකත්වය දුන් රාවතාවත්ත නැගෙනහිර එජාප සන්විධායක ඩිලාජ් සිල්වා හා රාවතාවත්ත බටහිර එජාප සන්විධායක ගාවින් මතේස් මහත්වරුන්ද සහභාගි වූහ. තිසර මෙන්ඩිස් හා අතුල පීරිස් නාගරික මන්ත්‍රිවරුද මේ උත්සවයට එක්වී සිටියහ.

හොන්ස්ලෝ ජනහඬ ලන්කාවේ දි පැවැත් වු දහසයවෙනි ප්‍රජා සත්කාරය මෙයයි. එක්සත් රාජධානියේදි ලාන්කික සම්භවයක් සහිත ජන කන්ඩායම වෙනුවෙන් නිරන්තරව සන්ස්කෘතික උත්සව පවත්වන ජනහඬ ස්වකීය සාමාජිකත්වයේ අනුග්‍රහයෙන් උපකාරයෙන් අනාගතයේ මෙබඳු ප්‍රජා සත්කාර ලන්කාවේ පැවැත්වීමට සැලසුම් කරමින් සිටි.
