Maroon & Silver Ball 2016

Maroon & Silver Ball, It was yet another spectacular delivery by the Old Nalandians' association in the UK, 'Maroon & Silver Ball 2016' at the Renaissance London Heathrow, celebrating the Silver jubilee of the association. On the 6th of February, the sell-out event brought out the glamour and the glory to the delicious Sri Lankan cuisine and the beats of "EXCEEDS".

It is with utmost gratitude that the past presidents and dedicated members were remembered for a magnificent job done during the 25 year journey of the OBA in the UK whilst Nalanda college in Colombo celebrates 90 years of her services to the nation, where she has decorated the motherland with great sons of Nalanda in all fields, including a president of the land.

The organising committee was grateful to the sponsors, advertisers on the event souvenir and all who contributed to make the evening a huge success, especially the 270 guests for gracing the occasion. The bursting dancing floor had its breaks for the raffle draws where hampers from Harrods to air tickets to cash prizes augmented the atmosphere.

Leaving guests vouched to return for another blast when the Old Nalandians' in the UK delivers it's next hit.
