As well as the new addition of 2 female teams this year to compete in an exhibition match: Vishaka Vs Musaeus. With matches playing back-to-back the sports doesn’t end there, a woman’s netball tournament will also take place consisting of two teams playing for donations and medals.

The perfect place for Sri Lankan friends and families to get together and enjoy live music played by SOL!D throughout the day, as well as the vast options of entertainment for the young ones including Bouncy castles, Bungee trampolines, Carousels and many more. Along the fields, beside the matches, there will be a row of food stalls, trade, marketing and most importantly 7 of these stalls will be serving mouth-watering Sri Lankan Cuisines. A digital screen will also be seen advertising UK and international businesses all day.

Around 4pm we will be welcoming our chief guests to the grounds including professional Sri Lankan cricketers in time for the opening ceremony. To continue the entertainment as the day goes by, we will be joined by a few Brazilian dancers, gathering your focus towards the Lamborghini’s and other super cars on display thanks to one of our sponsors Richmond Land Rover Specialist. Another main sponsor of ours is LSC London, as well as the others Avonra Natural, Mona Lisa Batiks and Lush Trade and Transport. At 6:30 we will be holding our prize ceremony, handing out trophies and announcing 2022’s Over 40 Masters Cup winners. We will also be calling out the raffle towards the end of the day. This is our 3rd year raising to help Sri Lanka having held our first event in 2019. Being a non-profit organisation, all our proceeds made from donations, stalls and our sponsors last year were donated to Indira Cancer Trust Sri Lanka.
